Charlotte Mock Trial is a student organization here at UNC Charlotte that provides students the opportunity to learn trial advocacy through acting as attorneys or witnesses in competitive trials against other undergraduate mock trial teams.

The American Mock Trial Association is the governing body of collegiate mock trial. Each year, we, along with over 400 universities from across the country, receive a new case from AMTA. Throughout the season, we travel to and compete in invitational tournaments in preparation for the regional tournament in February.
